If you’ve identified a group that could help answer the question, create a channel in Microsoft Teams. Your team can brainstorm through chat and audio or video calls. Use @mentions to alert a team member if you need an immediate response to a question. 

Discover additional information with Intelligent Search & Discovery, which surfaces relevant content you and your coworkers have created. You can also find people who have previous relevant experience.
