Use Copilot without recording a Teams meeting - Microsoft Support
If you don't want to record or transcribe confidential meetings in Teams, you can still engage with Copilot when it's set to "Only during the meeting" in your Meeting options. When you join a meeting, select Copilot to open it on the right of the meeting view.

Select the Files or Shared tab in the meeting chat, channel, or meeting in calendar. Find and select the file. Select More options > Download . Only the meeting organizer can download the recording.
