If you have an unopened pre-paid card for Microsoft 365, follow the instructions on the back of the card to reveal the product key and redeem and install Microsoft 365. If you have already redeemed Microsoft 365 from your pre-paid card, follow these instructions to install Office.

Get help with a damaged or unreadable code. If you’re unable to read all 25 characters of your digital code, you’ll need to request a replacement code by contacting aka.ms/contactxboxsupport. When you contact support, make sure to provide the proof of purchase, the serial number, and a picture of the damaged code.

In the meantime, sign in to your account to see your latest refund request status. Redeem gift cards and codes to make Xbox purchases and extend your Xbox subscriptions. Codes are 25 characters long, include both numbers and letters, and follow a 5x5 format—five blocks of five characters.
