Once you've allowed microphone access to your apps, you can change the settings for each app. In Microphone settings, go to Choose which Microsoft apps can access your microphone, and turn on apps you want to use with it.For desktop apps, make sure that Allow desktop apps to access your microphone is turned on.

Tip: If you encounter a problem on your Windows device, pressing the Windows logo key + F takes a screenshot, then opens the Feedback Hub app and automatically uploads the screenshot to the Feedback tab. Follow the on-screen instructions to detail the problem you've encountered.

Add members to a shared channel. When creating a shared channel, the default setting is Share this channel with everyone on the team.. After you've chosen Shared channel as the channel type in the selection box, type the names of the people in your org you want to add to the channel and select from the list.

Notes: Meeting recordings won't capture whiteboards, annotations, shared notes or content shared in the stage view by apps, and also won't include videos or animations embedded in PowerPoint Live presentations.

Click Save to save the console update.zip file to your computer.; Unzip the file by right-clicking on the file and selecting Extract all from the pop-up menu.

Check your poll results. You can see aggregated results in the voting card that is in the body of the email. Click Refresh to see the most updated results or click View in Forms to see detailed responses on forms.office.com.Similarly, you can click on the poll link in the body of the email to track more detailed results on forms.office.com..
