Important: Steps may be different between new and classic Outlook for Windows. To determine which version of Outlook you're using, look for File on the ribbon.If there's no File option, follow the steps under the New Outlook tab. If the File option appears, select the tab for Classic Outlook.

Important: Copilot in Outlook only supports work or school accounts, and Microsoft accounts using outlook.com, hotmail.com, live.com, and msn.com email addresses at this time. The Teams Meeting add-in lets you schedule a Teams meeting from Outlook. The add-in is available for Outlook on Windows, Mac, web, and mobile, and should be automatically installed if you have Microsoft Teams and either Office 2016, Office 2019, or Office 2021 installed on your Windows PC.
