Closing recovered files. If you click Close without reviewing all recovered files, you'll see an option to view them again later. The next time you open the application you'll have the option to save or remove those autorecover files. Yes, I want to view these files later (safest option)- Select this option if you are not sure whether you need the data in the recovered versions of the files.

Tips: While signing in, select Yes at the "Stay signed in?" prompt if you want to go straight to your mailbox next time (not recommended for shared computers). Alternatively, check the "Don't show this again" box and select No to be prompted for your password each time.. To clear your out of office status and turn off your automatic reply in Teams, return to the Out of Office screen, click the toggle next to Turn on automatic replies and select the Save button. Once you've scheduled an out of office status and message in Teams, you'll see automatic replies turned on in Outlook with the time range and message you set in Teams.

Note: If you see the icon next to the On/Off toggle for an app, you can select it to see the registry location that contains the path for the app. Apps installed through Microsoft Store (.MSIX apps) don’t have these icons. If you select the icon for these apps, File Explorer opens and highlights the executable file.

Note for iPhone: If you are having trouble with your iPhone import, make sure your device is unlocked and you’ve accepted the permissions. Note for Android and other devices: If you’re using an Android phone or other device and import isn’t working, you might need to change your phone’s USB settings from Charging over USB to Transfer Files or Transfer Photos.
