When you start a focus session, a focus timer will appear on screen. To use additional focus tools in the Clock app, expand the focus timer to get the full view of the Clock app.

An eSIM lets you connect to the Internet over a cellular data connection. With an eSIM, you don't need to get a SIM card from your mobile operator, and you can quickly switch between mobile operators and data plans.

You may see an "account frozen" message and icon if you have exceeded your storage allowance and/or haven't signed in for a long time. You just need to get back under your Microsoft storage quota to get access to your files again.

To remove your headset’s current wireless pairings, hold down the green power button (on the back of the left earcup) and the mute button (on the bottom of the left earcup) simultaneously. Hold both buttons down for several seconds. You’ll hear a tone and the power light will rapidly flicker orange and white when the pairing info is cleared.

Important: You can only upload your camera roll to one account at a time, so make sure you're signed in with the account that you want to upload photos to.Tap the relevant account icon to switch accounts.

Why some files won't open in Internet Explorer. Internet Explorer uses add-ons such as Adobe Reader to view some files in the browser. If a file that needs an add-on won't open, you might have an older version of the add-on, which needs to be updated.
