Improvement
By default, SQL Server Agent waits during the program startup for all databases to be recovered before it can start a job. Sometimes, the wait can be very long for a large database to recover.
This update for Microsoft SQL Server 2017 on Linux enables SQL Server Agent jobs to start without having to wait for all databases to be recovered.
