Create an email signature in Outlook - Microsoft Support
In the E-mail account list, pick the email you want. Under Select signature to edit, select New, and type a name for the signature. Select OK. Type the signature you want in the Edit Signature box. Format the signature as needed, and then select Save. Was this information helpful?
Verify the digital signature on a signed email message
Open the digitally signed message. Look at the Signed By status line to check the email address of the person who signed the message. It isn't enough to check the email address in the From line—you want to verify who actually signed the message, not only who sent the message.
