What are AI apps and agents?
AI apps and agents can support your daily workflow in Dragon Copilot. The apps available to you might be tailored to specific specialties, tasks, or ways of working. You can choose which available apps and agents to use based on your needs.

- Access relevant information without leaving Dragon Copilot.
- Support specialty-specific workflows and tasks.
- Reduce the need to switch between multiple tools.

Find available AI apps and agents
Your organization can make AI apps and agents available for use in Dragon Copilot.
- Open Settings
. - Select Extensions.
- Review the apps and agents available to you.
Note
If you don't see an app that you need, contact your administrator.
Manage your apps and agents
Choose which apps and agents are active during your Dragon Copilot sessions.
- Open Settings
> Extensions.
- Find the app or agent you want to manage.
- Turn the toggle on to enable it or off to disable it.
Note
If you turn an app off, it stays off until you turn it back on.
Use apps and agents during your workflow
When an enabled app or agent generates results, Dragon Copilot displays the information in a card on your Timeline.
Depending on the app, you might be able to:
- Review generated information
- Copy content
- Add information to your note
- Provide feedback.

The actions you can take depend on the app or agent you enable.
Example
Your organization might make a clinical insights app available that reviews information from the encounter and highlights relevant findings, care considerations, or follow-up opportunities.
After a session is processed, the app can display insights in a card within Dragon Copilot. You can review the information and decide whether it's useful for your clinical workflow.
Tip
The appearance, recommendations, and actions available in a card vary by app.
