Answers in Viva: View and follow topics
Answers in Viva connects employees with subject matter experts to get their questions answered and increase their overall learning.
Begin your Answers experience by selecting the Answers tab in the Viva Engage Teams app.

Discover topics
Topics categorize your questions with other similar questions people are asking in Answers. Adding the right topics to your questions makes it easier for others to find and answer your question, faster. You can discover topics in various ways:
Discover new topics module:

The Discover new topics module on the right side of your Answers page is where you can easily discover and follow topics. This module displays trending topics that you’re not already following to help you discover relevant topics that others in your organization are talking about.
Note: Trending topics are determined on how often they’re discussed within Answers.
Topics browse page:

The topics browse page in Answers provides a directory of popular topics you can follow, which will better personalize the questions you’ll see in your feed. You can find the topic browse experience by selecting the Browse more topics prompt from the Discover new topics module (pictured above).

The topics browse page has three tabs that organize topics by Trending topics, topics you're Following, and All topics in Answers.
Tip: You can hover over a topic name to view its topic card with more details.
Follow and view topics

Follow the topic by selecting the + from the topic card in the topic browse page or from the topic name on the Discover new topics module.

View a specific topic’s page by selecting the topic from a question or from the topic directory. The topic page will display all the questions that have been tagged with that topic in Answers, a full description of the topic, and followers of that topic.
Note: You can also navigate to a topic page by selecting the topic from the Discover new topics module.
