Catch up on your leaders' latest posts, discover the communities they've joined, and attend their AMAs to ask questions directly. Leadership corner gives you the tools to learn about your leaders and build lasting connections with them.
To open Leadership corner, select Leaders from the left rail.Â

Discover leaders
Leadership corner offers ways to connect with the leaders you know and discover the leaders you don’t. Use the following features to build deeper connections with your leaders:Â

View all leaders: The View all leaders button at the top of leadership corner opens a directory of all leaders in your organization, starting with the ones you report to (your leaders).Â
​​​​​​​You can also open this directory if you go to Leaders to follow and select Discover more.

AMA events: Discover upcoming question-and-answer sessions hosted by your leaders with the AMA events feature (on the right rail of leadership corner). By attending an AMA, you can ask questions and get leaders' perspectives.

Leaders’ communities: Get an inside look at the communities of which your leader is a part and decide if you’d like to join.

Leaders to follow: Stay up to date on vital content from your leaders by following them.

Q: What do users see in leadership corner if they follow a leader who doesn’t post on their storyline?
A:Â Leadership corner populates with any content your leaders post, including storyline and community posts. If none of your leaders have recent posts, an illustration tells users there's no new content from that leader.
Q: Can leadership corner be disabled for the entire network?
A: Yes, Engage admins can access a control in the Engage admin center to disable leadership corner for their organization. Learn more about admin controls for leadership corner in our admin documentation.
Q: How can I customize the company logo in leadership corner?
A: You can customize the company logo with these instructions.
Q: Is the leadership corner feed available as a SharePoint web part? A: Yes. The Leaders feed is one of the offered options in the Viva Engage conversations web part. See Use a Viva Engage web part in SharePoint for more details.
