Why is my brand profile being rejected?
Check for typos, low-res logos, or improper use of special characters. Also ensure the brand name isn’t already in use. Brand names must also be globally unique and comply with MSN naming conventions. Avoid special characters and duplicates.
What does it mean if my brand profile changes are “pending review”?
All edits require moderation approval. Review can take up to 24 hours.
Why can’t I assign a Finance user role?
Only Super Admins can assign or remove Finance access.
Why aren’t new users receiving invite emails?
User invites aren’t sent automatically. You must manually notify them and provide login instructions.
