The Manage your apps feature gives you a streamlined view of your apps in one list, whether added by you or added on your behalf.
-
From the left of Teams, select Apps
, then scroll down to select Manage your apps.
-
Select the app that you want to further explore or manage.
Its dropdown list shows locations—such as a chat, channel, or meeting—where you've recently used this app. When you select a location, it takes you there and displays the Apps tab.
Note: Viewing a list of apps from a group chat is not yet supported.
You can sort your apps by:
-
Viewing the most recently used.
-
Ascending or descending alphabetical order.
-
Using the Search box.
Remove an app
In the app’s row, scroll to the far right, and select the trash can icon to remove an app. You will be asked to confirm you want to delete the app from your selected location.
Note: Occasionally you won’t have the permissions to remove an app from a location. In these cases, you get an alert.
Update an app
Occasionally you’ll see an update is available for an app. If you have the permissions, select Update to get the latest version of the app.
View app details
1. In the app’s row, scroll to the far right and select More options to open either the View details or Copy link selection.
View details takes you to the Details dialog.
Publish an app
Whether you’re a professional or a citizen developer, you can publish an app from here.
Select Publish an app and then choose the option you want:
-
Upload a custom app - Sideload an app without publishing it to your organization or the Teams Store.
-
Submit an app to your org – Upload an app to the Teams admin center for review by your IT admin.
Tip: You can continue to manage your apps individually by using the Apps tab in your channel, group chat, or meeting, rather than viewing all your apps in one list.
