If you have a Microsoft account, it’s a snap to create an Xbox profile – in fact, you’ll be prompted to create your profile when you sign in for the first time on an Xbox console, Windows PC, or mobile device.

Go to microsoft365.com and sign in with your business username and password. When you sign up for a subscription, you specify an alternate email address where you'll get emails from Microsoft that include links to sign into your Microsoft 365 business account.

To sign up for Microsoft Teams Free, all you need is a Microsoft account. If you are using Skype, OneDrive, Outlook.com, or Xbox Live, then you already have one.
