Let’s see if we can get your printer up and running. Make sure the printer is powered on and connected and then try running the printer troubleshooter.

On Windows 11:

Select Start > Bluetooth & Devices > Troubleshoot. Select Printer, and then select Run the troubleshooter.

On Windows 10:

Select Start > Settings > Printers & Scanner> select Run the Troubleshooter (on related settings).
