更新プログラムを入手する方法
Surface の更新プログラムは段階的にリリースされます。すべての Surface が同時に更新プログラムを受け取るわけではないものの、すべてのデバイスに配信されます。 更新プログラムをまだ受信 していない場合は、「Surface用ドライバーとファームウェアのダウンロード」の手順に従って手動で 更新できます。
Surface アプリを使用して、Surface ドライバーとファームウェアの正常性を簡単に確認できます。
- Surface アプリで、[ヘルプ &サポート] を展開し、更新プログラムの状態を確認します。
- 利用可能な更新プログラムがある場合は、[更新プログラムの確認] ボタンを選択して Windows Update を開き、利用可能な更新プログラムをインストールします。
Surface アプリをインストールしていない場合は、Microsoft Store から Surface アプリをダウンロードできます。ダウンロードが完了したら、[スタート] を選択し、[検索] に「Surface」と入力します。 次に、結果の一覧からアプリを選択します
注
- ファームウェアの更新プログラムを アンインストールしたり、以前のバージョンに戻したりすることはできません。
- 最新の更新プログラムをインストールすると、Surface にまだ更新プログラムがない場合は、以前のすべての更新プログラムも取得されます。 Surface に適用される更新プログラムだけがダウンロードされ、インストールされます。
- 更新プログラムがインストールされた後、デバイスを再起動してインストール プロセスを完了します。 デバイスを再起動するには、[スタート]、[
] の順に選択し、[Power>Restart] を選択します。
