Now that you’re in a meeting, explore the immersive space to see what controls are available and interact with other participants. To the left of your view, you'll notice the system menu with Settings and Feedback. The app bar in the middle will give you options for Seating Overview, Space Settings, and Reactions. The Profile button in the lower-right corner is where you can customize your avatars.

Settings in the lower-left menu are where you can set up the immersive space according to your preferences.
View seating map
Mesh includes seating to help you spot where others are seated. Select a seat directly on the map without having to move up to a seat near the table or select Leave seat.
To select new seating arrangements within the immersive space, select Space Settings > Seating settings on the app bar.
Note: Seating arrangements are available for the Oasis – Small and Oasis – Large environments.
Change the environment
Choose from several environments using Environment settings. Lakehouse will be selected by default.
Note: Both the environment and seating arrangements will persist with the immersive space. If you leave the immersive space and come back later, the environment and seating arrangement will remain the same.
Raise your hand and other reactions
In an immersive space, there are a few ways to react. From the immersive space, use the Reactions menu in the app bar to animate your avatar with the corresponding body gestures.
From a Teams meeting, select Raise hand and React from the meeting menu to share your reactions with other Teams meeting participants. These reactions will not animate your avatar in the immersive space.

In a Teams meeting
Profile in the lower-right corner of the app bar lets you access your personal details and avatar customization options.
Select Customize to fine tune your Avatar’s appearance while in an immersive space.

Teams gallery and stage
When someone shares content in a Teams meeting, the shared content will show up on the virtual stage inside the immersive space. Under the virtual stage, participants in the immersive space can see a gallery displaying the Teams participants who aren’t in the immersive space.
No matter where you are in the immersive environment, you can always see the shared meeting content right in front of you. When another participant is sharing content on the stage in a Teams meeting, you'll have access to a personal stage through the menu bar, which opens a larger viewing window of shared content. Select Open personal stage to open this view.
Note: In Teams or Quest 2, when someone begins to share their screen, you’ll see the notification "Screenshare started."
See a participant’s contact card
Each immersive spaces participant has a name tag displayed above their avatar.
Name tags light up when the participant is speaking. They can also include a VR icon if the participant joined from a Quest device, and indicate the mute/unmute state of the participant.
Select the contact card icon shown above to reveal the full contact card of the participant:
See who’s attending the Teams meeting in the immersive space
