Sign in to your account.

Under Account details > Billing and payments , select Redeem voucher .

Enter the unique number from the voucher receipt, or the PIN code hidden under the scratch-off area on the prepaid card.

Tick to agree to the Skype terms of service , then select Redeem .
If you purchased your Skype voucher online, you will receive an email containing your voucher code. Click the redemption link in the email to be redirected to the ‘Redeem voucher’ page. The voucher number is filled in automatically. If the email doesn’t contain a link, you’ll need to follow the steps above to enter your code manually.
Yes. If you have bought a Skype voucher in a different currency from the one your Skype account is registered in, we will convert the value of the voucher to the currency of your Skype account. Due to exchange rate differences, the amount added to your account may vary.
