With Outlook, scheduling works seamlessly from the palm of your hand. Easily add attendees, just start typing a name and Outlook will recommend contacts based on the frequency of your communication with them. All you need to do is select the correct names that appear.
Finding a time when everyone is available is simple. Dates and times are color-coded, so you pick the best time for everyone – at a glance, small indicators on attendee’s images turn green if they are free. You can tap location for suggestions, available conference rooms and tap the Teams Meeting slider to add an online meeting.
Not only does Outlook help you set up meetings, it also ensures you make it to them on time. Intelligent reminders help you stay on schedule, even accounting for current traffic conditions.
