Get an audio overview of your Microsoft 365 Copilot Notebook

In Microsoft 365 Copilot Notebooks, you can create an AI-powered audio overview that transforms the content of your notebook into a dynamic, conversational audio experience. Whether you're reviewing project updates, brainstorming ideas, or catching up on meeting summaries, your notebook audio overview ensures you stay informed in a convenient and engaging format.

Note: A Microsoft 365 Copilot license is required to use Copilot Notebooks. Additionally, accounts must have a SharePoint or OneDrive license (service plan) in order to create notebooks. Create an audio overview about your notebook

In your notebook, select Quick create under Created content in the left pane.
Select Audio overview.

Note: To generate an audio overview, your notebook must include at least one reference file, such as a Word document or a OneNote page. Audio overviews may be subject to daily usage limits.
Choose the Format, Voice, Style, and Duration, and any additional customizations.
Select Generate audio.
Once your audio overview is generated, select the Play button.
Within the Audio player, you can:

Change the speed.
Skip forward or backward by 15 seconds.
Play or pause.
Customize it.
Save to OneDrive
Delete it.
Select the thumbs up or thumbs down icons to provide feedback about the audio overview experience.

To replay your audio overview, select it in the left pane of your notebook under Created content. If you added more reference files to your notebook and want to regenerate your audio overview, first delete the audio overview, and then select Generate audio again.
