Once you’ve captured an image and shared it in Microsoft Teams (free), you can find your content in the chat details of the chat in which you shared it.
To find an image shared in your chat:

Go to the chat where the content was shared.

Tap the chat header at the top of the screen.

Under Photos, tap which photo you'd like to view. If you want to view all photos, select See all.
Note: If you want to select more than one photo, select See all then tap More options . Tap Select, and then you're ready to select as many photos as you'd like.

You can Forward the image to another Teams chat or you can select the Share button to share the photo outside of Teams.

Select the Photos tab at the top of the chat.

When you find the photo you want to view, select it.
Tip: You can Reset zoom , Zoom out , Zoom in , or Download when viewing the image.
