Dragon Copilot quick start guide for Dragon Medical One users

Welcome to Dragon Copilot. This quick start guide gives you the basics for using Dragon Copilot for dictation. Follow the links provided for a deeper dive into each topic.

Access Dragon Copilot

Launch the Dragon Copilot desktop app to use Dragon Copilot as you would Dragon Medical One. Locate the Dragon Copilot icon   on your workstation, or use the link provided by your Dragon or Microsoft administrator and sign in with your Dragon Copilot username and password.

Note

You can sign in to Dragon Copilot on the desktop, web, or mobile app at the same time. Your work automatically syncs across all surfaces to give you flexibility of where and how you work with Dragon Copilot. But remember to sign out if you work on a shared workstation.

Manage your desktop view

Select the view menu icon   in the top navigation bar of the Dragon Copilot desktop app to change how Dragon Copilot appears on your workstation. Choose narrow or compact view (Dragon Copilot opens in standard view).
