Manage what attendees see in Teams meetings
Note: Managing attendee view is available as part of Teams Premium, an add-on license that provides additional features to make Teams meetings more personalized, intelligent, and secure. To get access to Teams Premium, contact your IT admin.
Stay focused on specific people by deciding whose avatars or video feeds to spotlight during a Teams meeting. Others will be hidden from view.

To manage what attendees see:

In Teams, go to Calendar and select a meeting.

Select Meeting options.

Turn on the Manage what attendees see toggle.

Structure the meeting by setting Who can present? to Specific people.

Type and select presenter names in Choose presenters.

To minimize disruption, turn off the Allow mic for attendees? and Allow camera for attendees? toggles.
Tip: These settings can be configured in the Teams mobile app.
To bring someone on screen during a meeting:

Find who you want to focus on in the left pane.
Note: Presenters, organizers, and attendees with their hands raised will appear in the left pane. -
Hover over their video or avatar and select More options.

Select Bring on screen.
Notes:

Presenter view is currently only supported in Teams meetings for desktop and web.

Anonymous attendees that have joined the meeting through Teams for web can't view the presenters that are brought on screen.
Spotlight an attendee during a meeting by changing their role to presenter:

Select Show participants.

Hover over the name of the person whose role you want to change and select More options.

Select Make a presenter.
Note: Presenters will need to turn an attendee’s mic and camera on before bringing them on screen, and turn them off once the attendee is off screen.
