Scheduling made easy with Outlook mobile

Imagine you are at an event with a top client, and they ask you to book a meeting for the whole team next week. You don’t have your laptop, so how are going to find a day and time that works for everyone?

With Outlook, scheduling works seamlessly from the palm of your hand. Easily add attendees, just start typing a name and Outlook will recommend contacts based on the frequency of your communication with them. All you need to do is select the correct names that appear.

Finding a time when everyone is available is simple. Dates and times are color-coded, so you pick the best time for everyone – at a glance, small indicators on attendee’s images turn green if they are free. You can tap location for suggestions, available conference rooms and tap the Teams Meeting slider to add an online meeting.

Not only does Outlook help you set up meetings, it also ensures you make it to them on time. Intelligent reminders help you stay on schedule, even accounting for current traffic conditions.

  • Easily check your coworkers’ availability and find a common meeting time right from your phone.

  • Book conference rooms, check meeting responses, and accommodate remote employees by adding a Teams meeting.

  • Intelligent reminders help get you to your next appointment on time.
