Look up a forgotten username using other information
Look up your username using your security contact phone number or email address.

Enter the code and select Next.
We'll then show a hint of the username, in this format: j********@outlook.com
Tip
- A phone number or other email address may be used as sign-in security information for more than one account.
- If you don't recognize the phone or email hints, read My username and password have stopped working.
You weren't able to find your username
If the username lookup wasn't successful, try looking for your Microsoft account username within other products or services that you know are associated with that account. Read check your products or services to find out how.
