Role play experiences help you practice real workplace scenarios through AI-powered, guided simulations in Learning Agent. This capability supports applied learning by allowing you to build skills in a safe, structured environment aligned to real work situations.
Instead of learning concepts in isolation, you can rehearse conversations, receive feedback, and improve your approach through interactive practice.
What this capability offers
- Practice workplace scenarios through AI-powered conversations.
- Use provider-based experiences such as LinkedIn Learning and Skillsoft CAISY.
- Receive guidance and feedback to improve responses and decision making.
- Build confidence through realistic, role-based simulations.
How you experience role play
You can start a role play experience when Learning Agent recommends it, when it is assigned, or when you explore available experiences based on your learning needs.
During a role play, you interact with an AI-driven scenario that simulates a workplace situation such as coaching, presenting, or handling feedback. You respond to prompts and progress through the conversation as it adapts to your input.
After completing a scenario, you may receive feedback and recommendations to help you improve and continue building your skills.
