Available from the From your organization tab on the Learning Agent home page, assignments surface curated learning opportunities that support organizational priorities, skill development initiatives, and employee growth.
Access assignments
To access assignments:
- Open Learning Agent.
- Navigate to the Home page.
- Select the From your organization tab.
- Browse the spotlight assignments available to you.
If you don't see the Mandatory training card, either you have completed all pending or overdue assignments, or your organization hasn't synced assignments with Viva Learning
Explore assignments
Each assignment gives you access to learning content assigned by your organization in its learning management system.
Depending on how the assignment is configured, you may see:
- Assignment title and description.
- Recommended learning experiences.
- Related skills and topics.
- Progress information.
- Additional organizational guidance.
Start an assignment
You can complete an assignment by selecting the assignment title and launching the associated learning content. Where supported, the content opens in the side-by-side immersive learning experience so you can continue learning without unnecessary context switching.
