To cancel an order

You can cancel an order any time before you're charged. Contact customer support to request a cancellation. 

  • For all orders of items we ship to you, including pre-orders, you'll be charged when the order is sent to the warehouse.
  • For digital downloads, you're charged immediately after you complete your purchase.
  • For info on when you're charged for pre-orders, see Pre-orders.

If you’ve been charged before you were able to cancel, you can request a refund.
