Send Praise to people in Microsoft Teams

To praise someone on your team:

1. Select Chat  in Teams.

2. Open the chat conversation with the person you want to praise.

3. Select Actions and apps   > Praise in the chat compose box.

   

4. Titles default to Awesome. To send a different title with your praise message, select a new one from the Title section. Scroll to the right to find more options.

5. Add an optional note of up to 500 characters.

   

6. Select Preview.

7. Once it's ready to go, select Send.

To praise someone on your team:

1. Next to the compose box for a new message or reply, tap More options   > Praise .
2. Choose a badge.
3. Add recipient(s), and then tap the note area to add a note.
4. Tap next.
5. Once it's ready to go, select Send.
