Peer Review is a built-in feature in PowerScribe One that helps radiology departments meet American College of Radiology (ACR) accreditation requirements. It supports both manual and automatic peer review workflows and enables ongoing quality assurance and improvement in clinical interpretation.
Note
Peer Review can be used as a standalone feature or optionally configured to integrate with the ACR eRADPEER portal.
Types of Peer Review

Automatic Peer Review
If configured by your administrator, PowerScribe One can automatically prompt you to complete a peer review when all of the following conditions are met:
- A prior report exists for the same patient at the same site.
- The prior report has the same modality and anatomy, or a related modality and/or anatomy if an exact match is not available.
- The modality is not disabled in the site’s Peer Review settings.
- The prior report was dictated and signed by a different radiologist.
