AutoFeed

AutoFeed in PowerScribe One allows you to review reports continuously from a reporting queue without returning to the Explorer screen. When AutoFeed is enabled, reports open automatically one at a time from the selected queue, helping you stay focused and streamline your review workflow.

Turn on AutoFeed

1. On the Explorer screen, select AutoFeed .
2. PowerScribe One begins opening reports from the selected reporting queue automatically, one at a time.
3. After you complete a report, the next report in the queue opens automatically in the Report Editor.

Turn off AutoFeed

1. While reviewing a report in the Report Editor, select Pause on the AutoFeed tab  in the bottom pane.
2. AutoFeed stops, and reports no longer open automatically.

You can then review reports individually and navigate through them at your own pace.
