No Change Report
No Change Report provides an option to insert content from a prior report when no substantive updates are required. From the bottom pane of the Report Editor, you can right‑click within the prior report preview and select Add Report Copy, No Change Report, or No Change Statement to insert the appropriate content into the current report.
Insert a No Change Report from a prior interpretation
Use the No Change Report options when the current exam does not differ significantly from a previous interpretation.
Prerequisites
- A prior finalized report exists for the same patient and study.
- The prior report is visible in the Report Editor bottom pane.
To insert a No Change Report
This option is intended for studies that do not demonstrate clinically significant differences from previous exams.
Open a report in the Report Editor.
In the bottom pane, review the Prior Report preview.
Right‑click anywhere within the Prior Report preview.
Select one of the following options based on your workflow:
- Add Report Copy: Inserts the full prior report content.
- No Change Report: Inserts standardized “no change” content along with prior findings.
- No Change Statement: Inserts only a brief no‑change statement.
The selected content is inserted directly into the active report for review and finalization.
Note
Review the inserted content to make sure it accurately reflects the current study before you sign the report.
