You can search for a report by following either of the methods mentioned below.
Use a worklist to filter your Explorer screen results
Select a worklist to view the filtered results corresponding to the selected worklist in the search results grid of the Explorer screen.Note
If you are unsure which worklist to select, you can right-click and select Subscribed only to view the worklists that are relevant to your role. Once selected, PowerScribe One will display the subscribed worklists during every session.
Use the Quick Search Look for: Use the Look for fields to search by accession number, patient name, or MRN.
While searching by accession number, when you press Enter or select the Search (magnifying glass) icon and a matching report exists, the report will open immediately in the Report Editor screen. If a report has not yet been dictated for the specified study, your facility may allow you to create a report and proceed to edit it.
Note
The Site dropdown works together with both Quick Search and the Search filters. The site you select determines which relevant data is queried and returned.
