In-App User Feedback

User feedback helps improve PowerScribe One by providing insight into how features are used and where improvements are needed. This ongoing feedback supports continuous improvement and helps influence platform evolution.

PowerScribe One includes in‑app feedback tools accessible from the menu bar. A dedicated feedback icon is also available alongside the Smart Impression button for feature‑specific input.

To provide feedback,

  1. Select the User Feedback icon  image displaying the user feedback icon in the menu bar. The icon appears next to the color theme toggle.
  2. Select a Category (for example, AutoText Manager) and a Subcategory (for example, Edit screen).
  3. Enter your rating and comments, then select Submit.

Provide feedback for Smart Impression

After Smart Impression content is generated, you can provide feedback directly to the Microsoft Smart Impression team.

  1. Select the User Feedback icon next to the AI-generated content message.
  2. The Category (AI Tools) and Subcategory (Smart Impression) fields are prefilled.
  3. Enter your rating and comments, then select Submit.
