Create, use, and edit texts

Use texts in your Dragon Copilot library to insert repeated content without retyping it.

Create texts

Open Settings > Library > Texts.

  1. Select New item.
  2. Enter a name.
  3. Enter a Spoken form to insert the text by voice.
  4. (Optional) Enter a Description.
  5. Enter text into the Content field.
  6. Select Save.

Note

Your organization might add a default keyword to the Spoken form field. Say that keyword with your spoken form to insert the text. For example, say "insert normal mammogram."

Use texts

To insert a text, place your cursor where you want it to appear. Then:

  1. Select the Library icon .
  2. Select your text from the list.

Or select the dictation microphone and say the Spoken form. For example, say "insert normal mammogram."

Note

Dragon Copilot inserts the text at your cursor. If you don't place the cursor first, it adds the text to the end of the note.

Edit texts

To edit a text:

  1. Open Library   > Texts, then select the text to edit.
  2. Edit the text.
  3. Select Save.
