Transfer and finalize workflow

When you complete your review and edits, you can transfer the clinical summary content from Dragon Copilot to your EHR in any combination.

Copy and paste

  1. Select the individual content sections you want to transfer or Select all .
  2. Select Copy selected .
  3. Place your cursor in the EHR where you want the content to go, then paste the content. (Hint: the keyboard shortcut CTRL-V works great.)

Tip

  • Dragon Copilot preselects note sections with checkmarks based on what you selected last time. You can select and deselect note sections as needed before you select Copy selected.
  • To copy all sections, select Copy all .
  • Use a voice command to copy generated template content. Dictate Dragon Copy followed by the assigned spoken form of the template.

Transfer with your voice by using Dragon Copilot (desktop only)

Save time and clicks by using Dragon voice commands to select a section (or all sections), copy selected sections, and paste or transfer content to your EHR.

To transfer note sections by using your voice:

  1. Go to the Note section and select the sections to transfer.
  2. Place your cursor in the EHR where you want the content to go.
  3. Use a transfer command such as "Transfer all", "Transfer selected", or "Transfer HPI".

Tip

Review and finalize your note

  • Review the transferred clinical summary in your EHR.
  • Make any final edits in the EHR and sign your note.
