Applies to Dragon Copilot Desktop
A workflow in Dragon Copilot lets you speak a command to quickly do several actions all at once. Dragon Copilot gives you the ability to create workflows for just about anything you can do with your keyboard: press a combination of keys, navigate to and open a website, enter text into a search box...the possibilities are endless! Learn the types of steps available and their functions.
Use workflows
To use the workflow, just say the spoken form, and Dragon Copilot performs the steps as you outlined them.
For example, to open a specific application or website, say the spoken form and Dragon Copilot opens it for you.
Note
If you have existing Step-by-step commands in Dragon Medical One, they migrate into Dragon Copilot and appear in Settings 
> Library > Workflows.
Best practices
-- Create workflows to automate keystrokes you make frequently or open applications or websites you use often.
-- Be creative. Remember, if you can do a keyboard shortcut, you can create a workflow to replicate it. Think about keystrokes you use frequently, and there's probably a way to create a workflow for it.
- Consider creating a Text instead of a Workflow for longer blocks of text.
-- Don't use workflows to enter passwords or sensitive information.
